Notification Channels
Notification Channels provide a mechanism to define which “channels” Zebrium notifications from Root Cause Reports will be sent.
Supported Notification Channels include:
- Mattermost
- Slack
- Microsoft Teams
- Webex Teams
Once you have created one or more Notification Channels, you can link any number of these to any Root Cause Report that is created by our machine learning.
Linking a set of Notification Channels to a Root Cause Report will send notifications of future Root Cause Reports of the same type to those channels.
